Data Changelog

This page lists confirmed PrivacyFix data-handling, trust-surface, and methodology changes. We record only changes that can be checked against a commit or a documented editorial action. It is not a mirror of every broker opt-out URL change; for the live catalog vintage, see /statistics and the broker catalog CSV.

August 29, 2026

• Source-attributed chart modules. Moved inline research and rankings chart arrays into named lib modules with visible source captions; state-rights comparison counts now derive from the state table instead of hand-typed arrays (commits 4d76192, 783b4d4).
• Layered rich-result schema. Added shared ItemList JSON-LD on rankings and tools hubs and a deduped Organization+WebSite+Dataset @graph on the homepage (commit cba6a3d).
• Publisher identity cleanup. Removed parent-studio Organization references from JSON-LD and accountability prose so PrivacyFix publishes as its own brand (commits cb697b0 and related).
• Public data changelog. Shipped this page plus methodology and editorial-policy cross-links to the corrections pathway.

August 28, 2026

• Hub anchors and query-shaped titles. Added stable section anchors on guides/research hubs and a query-shaped Spokeo opt-out title aligned to GSC surfacing (commit 4120024).
• Traffic matrix evidence. Closed the expansion-build bracket map with typed locks for queries we cannot honestly cover (commit 68125bf).

• Tools hub cadence rail. Added opt-out method ledger stamps and refreshed the tools hub layout (commit aba9502).

Reporting a possible problem

If a figure or opt-out step looks wrong, use the corrections process, the data-corrections contact route, or email hello@getprivacyfix.com with the page URL and the field in question. We verify reports against the broker's own site or named registry, correct confirmed issues at the source layer when applicable, and add a dated entry here when the change ships.
